- - 50 gm Safe Harvest Green moong
- - 50 gm Safe harvest Chana
- - 50 gm safe Harvest Horse gram
- - 1 Broccoli, steamed & chopped
- -1 small onion chopped + 1/2 tsp salt
- - 1 cup flavoured yogurt
- - To garnish: pomegranate seeds
- - Soak green moong, chana and horse gram in water overnight. Drain the water and leave for another night to form sprouts.
- - Mix all the sprouts, broccoli, onion and salt together.
- - Add the yogurt on top.
- - Garnish with the pomegranate seeds.
