Ingredients

  • - 50 gm Safe Harvest Green moong 
  • - 50 gm Safe harvest Chana
  • - 50 gm safe Harvest Horse gram
  • - 1 Broccoli, steamed & chopped
  • -1 small onion chopped + 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 1 cup flavoured yogurt
  • - To garnish: pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  • - Soak green moong, chana and horse gram in water overnight. Drain the water and leave for another night to form sprouts. 
  • - Mix all the sprouts, broccoli, onion and salt together.
  • - Add the yogurt on top.
  • - Garnish with the pomegranate seeds.
